Thomas came through in a pinch when our air went out on a weekend. Even with the emergency fee, his rates are very reasonable. It was the end of Spring coming into the Summer cooling season and our air conditioner that was about 20 years old stopped working. We were new to the area and didn’t know any of the HVAC folks so had to get several estimates.Our estimates ranged from inexpensive but incomplete to really expensive and way more than we needed, and many of the salesman were telling me things that I later found were just not true.Thomas Hoffmann gave an estimate that was fair and answered the barrage of questions that I asked of him.The day of the installation, the team arrived on time, early in fact, install the air conditioner/water heater/air filter and air cleaner, the installation looked great and to my delight they left the area in a cleaner condition than when they found it.Recently, we’ve had other trades come out and one asked me if they were turning the wrench in the right direction to loosen a nut and another needed access to my attic from inside the house, leaving greasy marks on the access panel, so, having a team like Thomas Hoffman Air Conditioning and Heating LLC accomplished what they did in one day with competence and professionalism gives us the confidence that the job is done right.
