Saturday. Labor Day Weekend. 100 degrees for the 4th day in a row and counting. A.C. goes out. No hvac companies well return calls and their phonebots say they're not available until Tuesday or Wednesday. The service was excellent! When we arrived home after 8 pm, seen our unit was not working and it was almost 85 degrees in our home my husband began calling all of the companies that said they were 24 hrs. Thomas Hoffman heating and cooling was the only company that honored the statement. Nick was at our home in a very timely manor and was also able to fix our unit quickly!
